Trip to Fresh Market

I went to Fresh Market today as i had coupons for some items at really good prices.

I got 1- 30 oz bottle of Miracle whip
4- loaves of Grandma Sycamore's bread
3- Cool Whips
and
2- Tony's frozen pizza's (I had to go to another fresh market for the pizza's as i did not know that the size on the pizza's was a misprint). But, i got all the other item's at the first fresh market store i went to with the Discounts/coupons taken off before my discounts were taken off my total was approx $19.00 but, you minus the coupons and i got all my items with tax for $12.42

Like i said i had to go to another fresh market store for the pizza's. That is where i found out that the sizes for the pizza's that was printed on the coupon's were a misprint. The coupon read "15 oz to 17.34 oz tony's pizza 2 for $3" They honored the size smaller than the 15 oz. (if that makes sense). I got 2 tony's pizza's which were on a sale price for i believe it was 5 for $10 which would be $2 each anyway. But, i got 2 of them for with tax $3.09

WINCO--

Went to Winco tonight and picked up some items. In the mail today we recieved a Winco insert that had some items for FREE!!!

The free items were as follows:

Bar S 12 ounce sliced Bacon
Malt o Meal 40-50 Ounce Cereal(S)
Minute Maid Orange Juice (sorry can't remember the ounces)
Oakdale large dozen eggs
and
English Muffins 6 pack (can't remember the brand or ounces)(Way to go huh?)

I also got a couple of other items

i picked me up a tub of Cotton Candy that was on sale for $0.50
and 3 Yellow onions that was on sale for $0.25 a pound.

So i paid for all these items only $1.21 and had a savings of $8.50 - of course that is because of the free items i got.

But, still all those items for only $1.21- WAHOO!!!

SMITH'S...

I got some sweet deals and savings while shopping at Smith's today. That is too sweet not to share.

So we go to Smith's to get in on their deal where if you purchase 5 12 packs of Coke products you got those 5 for $14 dollars which is less than $3 a piece and you get when you purchase 4 you got the 5th one free in addition to an instant savings of $5 off your order. Then when you had a minimum purchase of $25 it ends up to getting your turkey for a final cost of $3 for the Tom turkey's or final cost of $1 for your turkey (if you purchased a Hen). I also got double points when i made a $40 purchase.

I got the 5 2 liters of soda, 1 turkey, some ice cream, cottage cheese, cerals, eggs etc.

My total before any discounts and coupons was $91.09 when you take off all the discounts and coupons and savings i used. We got $91.09 of groceries for a GRAND TOTAL OF $ 48.34 - Can we say "SWEEET!!!" ???

We saved approximately $53.00

SWEET DEAL AT KOHLS- YESTERDAY

Yesterday my mom and i went to Kohl's to do a little shopping and because we had a savings certificate good for $10 off anything in the store and even including sale and clearance items. We could not pass it up and besides i think the coupon was expiring by the end of this weekend. So we go to KOHLS and were shopping and

we got 1 Photo frame "Grandchildren are grandma's little angels" (Something like that) on sale for 50% off (i think it was 50% off) the sale price was $8.49 and then we found 2 cute cupcake candles (the scents are really "yummy"!!) they also are on sale for already 50% off- the price each equals $4.99 each

My total before my $10 off coupon and savings was approximately $19.00 - $10 off and other savings so i paid for $19.00 (approx) of stuff only $9.87 (about) sorry i do not have the reciept in front of me. and total savings of $28.50 (that figure comes from the regular price items to sale prices- hope that makes sense!)

Forgot to mention

I was at Smith's on i think it was Thursday. Anyhow Toy Story 3 came out this week or last week. Can't keep track anymore. Anyways they had a sweet special running for the movie.

The deal is as follows:

When you purchase the Toy Story 3 dvd or blue ray combo pack you get a 5 pack of Kraft Mac and Cheese and a 10 count package of Capri Sun for FREE (Which is equivilent to $6 off). **Note to get the savings you have to use your fresh values card (either scan your card or keytag) or enter your phone number on the credit/debit card machine or touch the alternate id button on the screen at u-scan.

So we bought the Blue Ray combo pack for $29.99 - $6.00 off (I.E. Free Mac and Cheese and Capri Sun), - another $8.00 off (i scored a coupon for this movie off the internet) = getting the DVD COMBO PACK, MAC AND CHEESE, AND CAPRI SUN for a total of $ 17.00

SWEEET!!!

TOO SWEET NOT TO SHARE...

Today i woke up sick. I think i am coming down with the Flu. Anyhow i went to the store to get some medicine and something to eat. Here is what i came out with.






Today was also Smiths' Customer appreciation/ holiday open house. They have them every year around this time year.
This week i had also recieved my fresh value rewards check for the last cycle. I had earned $16.00 due to all my awesome shopping over the last 3 months. We recieved triple bonus points if we brought our holiday open house postcard in with attached coupon to it. I got in on the 10 item mega deal with gives a instant $5 off for every ten participating item purchase, they have a special of if you purchase 2 Sarah lee or Mrs Fields pumpkin pie you get a free cool whip and other deals. So the result is we got $40 worth of groceries minus coupons, the 10 item mega deal savings, and our fresh values rewards certificate etc. we paid for all our items only $7.48 and in the process recieved a fuel rewards certificate that was loaded to our fresh values card., and the bottom reciept indicated savings of $50.91 - not to bad eh ?
